1. Where can I find festival information?

Plan your weekend using our interactive website on your computer, iPad, tablet or mobile device. Event maps and information are also available at all ticket sales locations. 

2. What are the 2023 Festival Hours?

2023 Festival Hours are listed below:

Thursday Night Kick-Off Concert at the CPI Security West End Stage (intersection of Main St. and Augusta):

Thursday, October 12: 5PM to 10PM |  Ticket sales end at 9:15PM |  Alcohol sales end at 9:30PM

Regular Festival Hours

Friday, October 13: Noon to 10PM   |  Ticket sales end at 9:15PM  |   Alcohol sales end at 9:30PM

Saturday, October 14: 11AM to 9PM  |   Ticket Sales end 8:15PM  |   Alcohol Sales end at 8:30PM

Sunday, October 15: Noon to 7PM  |   Ticket Sales end 6:15PM  |   Alcohol Sales end at 6:30PM

3. Are strollers or wheelchairs available for rent?

No. While strollers and wheelchairs are permitted within the festival site, they are not provided or available for rent.

4. Is smoking allowed on the festival site?

No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the festival site.

5. Where are the public restrooms located? Are there family restrooms available?

Public port-a-lets, including handicapped accessible port-a-lets, are available throughout the event site.

6. What happens if it rains?

The festival will go on rain or shine. There are no rain dates for the event. All weather updates will be posted on our social media @fallforgreenville on Facebook, as well as @gvilleevents on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

7. What if I get separated from my child or parent?

Lost children (and parents) will be escorted to event headquarters in City Hall.

8. Lost and Found

Items can be turned in or claimed at event headquarters at City Hall.
