Where can I find festival information?

Plan your weekend using our interactive website on your computer, iPad, tablet or mobile device. Event maps and information are also available at all ticket sales locations. 

What are the 2019 Festival Hours?

Thursday Night Kick-Off Concert at the CPI Security Stage (intersection of Main St. and Augusta):

Thursday, October 10: 6 to 10 p.m. |  Ticket sales end at 9:15 p.m. |  Alcohol sales end at 9:30 p.m.

Regular Festival Hours

Friday, October 11: 5 to 11 p.m.   |  Ticket sales end at 10:15 p.m.  |   Alcohol sales end at 10:30 p.m.

Saturday, October 12: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.  |   Ticket Sales end 8:15 p.m.  |   Alcohol Sales end at 8:30 p.m.

Sunday, October 13: Noon to 7 p.m.  |   Ticket Sales end 6:15 p.m.  |   Alcohol Sales end at 6:30 p.m.

Are strollers or wheelchairs available for rent?

No. While strollers and wheelchairs are permitted within the festival site, they are not provided or available for rent.

Is Smoking Allowed on the festival site?

No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the festival site.

Where are the public restrooms located? Are there family restrooms available?

Public port-a-lets, including handicapped accessible port-a-lets, are available throughout the event site. The Publix Baby Care Station, which is located in the parking lot next to the Kids' Area, provides a private area for parents of infants and includes changing tables and rocking chairs.

What happens if it rains?

The festival will go on rain or shine. There are no rain dates for the event.

What if I get separated from my child or parent?

Lost children (and parents) will be escorted to event headquarters in City Hall.
